About Us

Online-Lawyer.biz provides a low cost alternative to standard lawyer fees. We perform full services on corporate creation, non profit creation and family based adjustment of status applications. We also provide law advice from a qualified lawyer but on a limited scope basis. Thus, if you feel competent to handle your own case but just need a phone consult on a particular area of law, we can provide that. Our fees are $50 per 20 minute phone consultation. Most attorneys charge a flat fee of $150 or more per phone consult. Other online services charge $75 per half hour but you will likely be talking to a inexperienced attorney since you don't know who they are.

If I cannot answer your legal question on the spot, I will then get back to you within a day. We also provide a written assessment of your case. We will advise you the best type of visa available to you and your chances of success. Currently I provide legal advice nationwide and internationally for all areas of U.S. immigration law. I provide even lower fees to all residents of developing nations with proof of your residence (examples of 25% savings: Argentina, Brazil, China, Columbia, India, the Philippines). I also provide legal advice specifically in Florida and California for non profits, small corporations, including creation for small corporations, contracts, landlord/renter issues, fee collections, debt harassment calls, bankruptcy and other similar matters. I cannot provide specific advice outside of these jurisdictions, but I can still give you general principles of law if you are calling from outside these areas.

I am available via the phone, skype, and most chat programs, and HD webcam. Please email me for the time you would like me to call you and a general 2-3 sentence narrative of your questions. I will then send instructions for you to pay the $50 securely with a debit or credit card via paypal.com. Once you pay I will call you at your desired time and talk to you about your case.

Having the availability of a HD webcam helps tremendously. I can show you examples of various files, such as adjustment of status applications or tourist visa applications and point you to areas on the application that can be troublesome.

We want you to succeed in your own case, and we believe the average person with reasonable intelligence can do so. However, there is almost always that "one question" that most want answered and are just not comfortable with. You don't want to spend $1500 on a lawyer to handle your entire case, nor do you want to spend 10 hours online searching. You just want that one question answered. That is what we are for. Of course, we can also walk you through the entire process if you like, though this may take more then 20 minutes.

You should also know that 20% of your fee gets donated to a 501(c)(3) charity here in the U.S. You can choose the charity of your choice or we will donate it to La Mancha Media. This charity films in poor orphanages and other service projects around the world, creating free promotional web videos for them to use to raise money for themselves. Of course, if you prefer none of your fee goes to a charity let us know and we will oblige.
